Lake Ozarks – The Osage Nation delivered $80,000 to eight Lake of the Ozarks entities with their fourth round of charitable giving.
“Our latest round of charitable giving builds on our commitment to partner with organizations who provide critical support to the area,” said Geoffrey Standing Bear, Osage Nation Chief.
“We want our community partners to see us as a team player and are excited that our fourth round of charitable giving at the Lake of the Ozarks continues to build on our robust support for public safety, education, children’s services and veterans,” said Kimberly Pearson, CEO of Osage Casinos.
This is the fourth round of charitable donations. Organizations receiving support during this round are:
- Lake Ozark Fire Protection District; $15,000
- Miller County Sheriff; $15,000
- School of the Osage Foundation; $15,000
- Community Foundation of the Lake; $10,000
- Osage Beach Fire Protection District; $10,000
- Kid’s Harbor; $5,000
- American Legion Club 229; $5,000
- VFW Post 6514; $5,000
To date, the Osage Nation has made $340,000 in charitable donations.
